Cabbages are high in Vitamin C, Vitamin A and fibre. They’re also a great source of folacin, potassium and dietary fibre.
The Flat Cabbage, which resembles the round white cabbage, is a little flatter than the normal round cabbage; its leaves are more flexible and crunchy. It is used and cooked in much the same ways as the regular round cabbage.
